Chapter 9 most of the content are the important of Networking with community for the successful business especially in IT business. In this chapter, he explains about his experience's that he thinks because of the lack of success on bumiputera entrepreneurs,hence it cause the lack of networking with community. He also found that when he joins the New Entrepreneur Forum (NEF) which open to bumiputera entrepreneur the quality of IT Businesses still haven't change .Then he suggests that NEF should open to non-bumiputera entrepreneur and know that the bumiputera cannot live in unconnected world.
in this chapter,i also notice that, he is very sensitive at the change of business environment and had a spirit to move forward to make sure his company still prevail,. He also knows networking with community will produce the impact of quality in organization. But, in order to make the bumiputera get connection to the world is very challenging, not everyone in bumiputera will accept the new idea's.No matter how, he had successfully executed that idea very well, and I am really proud of it.
Chapter 10 in this book, he tells us about Netpreneurs Acceleration Program or SNAP which in humble beginning in the early of dotcom boom. His challenging to maintain and improve the company,which is how he handles the conflict, and how he get the whole ideas to create of SNAP.
After i read this chapter, the important of good ideas will come out with their excellent execution. he strongly believe that, in fostering technopreneurship,it needs a partner to share an ideas while making sure that ideas will get more brilliant and smart. In business, a good plan and ensuring that plan is works properly are also the key point to succeed.He also prove that we should work together to achieve the goals for the future.
